Yes, on Professional and Enterprise, which cover all supported platforms. Standard covers one platform.
Every project backed up by the company, not left to each site team.
SIINC backs up every selected Procore, Autodesk Forma and BIM 360, and Oracle Aconex project a general contractor runs, hourly as standard, into the contractor's own AWS or Azure account. A head contractor carries the liability for each job long after the site team moves on. The copy stays browsable after the platform subscription ends.

What general contractors answer for after practical completion
- Every live project protected, not just the ones someone remembered to export.
- Defect, warranty and latent claims for years after practical completion.
- Records from projects whose platform subscription has ended.
- Disputes with subcontractors and consultants, argued from your own record.
- One standard for project records across business units.
Questions general contractors get asked about project records
- How do we know which projects are backed up right now?
- Check the SIINC execution history. Every run is recorded with its scope, size, warnings and errors, and summaries are emailed to your team.
- What happens to Procore, Autodesk Forma and Aconex project data when the subscription ends?
- It becomes hard or impossible to reach within about 30 days, unless you kept a copy. A Procore Project Archive download link expires after 30 days, Autodesk cloud document access continues for about 30 days after a subscription ends, and Oracle closes an Aconex project in not less than 30 days. A SIINC backup stays in your storage and stays browsable through the portal.
- Can we back up projects that are already archived in Autodesk Forma or BIM 360?
- Yes, on Enterprise. The archived-project feature brings archived Autodesk projects into backup scope, when you start it or automatically, in batches with pause, resume and retry.
- How do we recover files someone deleted on a live project?
- Restore them into the platform, or download them from the backup, because Sync runs keep deletions for the term of your plan. File revisions are captured, so you can go back to the one before the change.
- Can different business units run their own backups?
- Yes. Role-based user management controls who runs jobs, views records or administers a tenant, and Enterprise adds multi-tenant administration for groups that run several tenants.

Hourly as standard, or every 4 hours or daily. The first Full backup of a mid-sized project completes the same day, and setup takes under 30 minutes.
Yes. Every module is a checkbox, so you back up the record your contracts depend on and leave out what you don't need.
Start a trial workspace or book a demo and we will run the first backup with you.
