The first run copies every record and file version in the modules you chose, and for a mid-sized project it completes the same day. After that, Sync runs copy only what changed since the last run, and keep anything that was deleted for the term of your plan.

A Full backup captures every record and file version in the selected modules. A Sync backup captures only what changed since the last run, so hourly runs stay quick.
