The Procore Workbench, Autodesk Portal and Aconex Portal let your team search a closed project, open the record and download the files, with no platform licence needed. When a record has to go back into the platform, SIINC restores it, including into a different account.

Recovery is not only a download. SIINC writes records back into Procore, Autodesk Forma and BIM 360, or Oracle Aconex when you run a restore, into the same account or a different one. Backups themselves only read from the platform.

Who can see what
Sign-in is through Microsoft Entra ID with two-factor and role-based access. Each customer has an isolated workspace, with storage and platform credentials held per tenant. The audit log records every user and admin action and is kept for 12 months.

Yes. Each portal can download records and files individually or as ZIPs of selected files, folders or modules.
Yes. SIINC writes records back into Procore, Autodesk or Aconex when you run a restore, including into a different account from the one they came from. Backups only read, so nothing is written to the platform until you restore.
